What difference does it make, indeed --- a great deal. Are you Happy? Are you content? Are you doing what you would like to do? Do you live where you would like to live?
For all the romantics reading this, loose yourself in the movie, "UNDER THE TUSCAN SUN" and you can see what a person can do if they are brave enough. If I were younger I would be in Italy, Tuscany. I have done this in America, picked up and moved, 9 times in 10 years, had 15 different homes and lots of apartments. I would live the "dream" of discovery. The feeling of driving down a strange street or shopping in a different market. Being somewhere no ones knows you or being where you know no one. THE ADVENTURE. In this way, I have been brave all my life. And would not have had it any other way.
We live but once as we understand, unless you believe in reincarnation. and so we are given this life to LIVE. I am such a dreamer, I have been my whole life, even at my age, I am still a dreamer and looking forward to that new adventure. I wish for you, with all my heart that you don't loose your dream. It doesn't matter what your dream, "no molli" (doesn't matter) Just dream. Some times a terrible idea, is just a baby dream, not yet having a form or destiny.
And yes, destiny. Do we make our own destiny. We do, if we are brave and don't settle for something less than what we would like. And there is a very important ingredient, and that is FAITH.
FAITH that God does have a plan for each of us and not to settle for less. For those that won't watch the movie, there was a short story told about there being train tracks built through the Alps before a train was built to make the trip, that was faith. It comes in all forms.
Don't give up on love, your goals, your secret desires, don't go through life being afraid and still wanting things. GET OUT, DO THINGS, REACH FOR THE STARS, REGRETS ARE A WASTE OF TIME.
Don'/t go through life with a list of "if only" this or "if only" that. Waste of time. Find your Tuscany. Find your destiny. Look for your personal "sceeno" (sign). And go forward, chase that dream forever.
You may come across something but "once in a life time" that you will remember the rest of your life, grab it, don't let go, and have FAITH.
If you would like more prove that dreams come true and we can follow our destiny while destiny helps us with our true destiny, watch the movie, "ONLY YOU".
Gather courage, be brave, step out of your comfort zone, chase that dream until you catch it and you might just find yourself in a field of golden sunflowers and a wealth of ladybugs!!!!!!!!!!!!!
DREAM, DREAM, DREAM,

Moonlight music of the mind in thought. As all writers have different times of their best time to create, after midnight seems to be my time to bring higher, more thoughtful views of life to mind!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Stuff Rolls Down the Hill
Christmas is over but an incident happened at work the other day that compelled me to write these thoughts. The incident was petty and in the scheme of life not important. But it reminded me of Scrooge. He had to be ever powerful in his clerks life and threatened that if his clerk not always mindful, "he could lose his position". However, even Scrooge admitted to one of his visiting angels, that his first employer could make his life happy or unhappy. Yet, Scrooge forgot this lesson in kindness. ( I have a great love for the movie, Scrooge and its lessons, as well as the movie, "Its a Wonderful Live", both should be required watching for all people).
In today's world so often our employers have our lives in their hands or it seems so. We can't change our employers or their personalities. It is unfortunate that our employers don't understand really how easy it is to make our life happier at work, some don't care, some just don't get it, others really get pleasure in being superior to others.
But, if you take your "bad" day home with you, then you are giving them power over your whole life, not just your work day. Believe me, I know it is not easy. I have awakened in the middle of the night thinking about something that has happened at work. That is why I am sharing these thoughts. We can not let this "stuff roll down the hill" in our life, to our friends, our loved ones, to anyone. We have to be better!!!!!!!!!!!
I heard this little story which I will pass on to you. Two men were coming home from work, and one of the men ask the other to come home for dinner with his family. They both had had a really terrible day at work. He agreed gratefully. When they arrived home before they went into the house, the one man went over to a large tree by the door and patted the tree. The other man thought it strange but didn't say anything. The man of the house introduced his wife and children to his friend and all had a wonderful meal. They laughed and had a very pleasant evening. When the friend had to leave, he had to ask just what had happened. His friend knew just what he meant. He went on to tell his friend that a long time ago he used to bring home his troubles and made everyone feel miserable. Then one day he heard about the "trouble tree". "What", his friend ask? "I know you saw me pat that old Oak tree before we went into the house, well that is my "trouble tree". I hang all my troubles from the day on that old tree, to hold until the next day. You would be surprised but most of the time, I don't even think to pick them up in the morning. But my family is always happy to see me and we always have a good evening." His friend went away with new respect for this man and new thoughts for himself.
Again, I know this isn't easy and we do have to share things with our loved ones, that's what makes a family. But there is a time and place. And more important, our attitude toward our loved ones. They don't deserve our wrath from our "bad" day. So don't let "stuff roll down the hill", even to the family pet. Find your "trouble tree" and hang them on you tree. Those of you that are employers, be kind and human, and you might find you get much further and for more loyalty from your grateful employees.
MAY GOD BLESS YOU WITH YOUR DREAM,
